This week's Focus: 🙏Gratitude🙏 💥Society tells us that we are not enough in hopes that we will buy into the idea of #consumerism. What you might have forgotten is you are already whole and most likely have more than you need.
We all do it. We see the new gadget in an ad, or we think we see how easy someone else's life is, and we forget how magnificent our own life is.🌾💥🌾
➡️Use this week to celebrate the abundance you have! #GiveThanks for even the seemingly smallest things, like a good cup of coffee or the opportunity to hug someone. There are so many things you have in life to be #thankful for! More gratitude=more joy!
👉👉👉HELPFUL TOOL: Start a Gratitude Journal this week! At the end of each day, write down three things from that day that you are grateful for. They can be big or small. I have found this exercise to be incredibly successful in reminding me and my students of the amazing ness that is #life!🙌
